CAREER SUMMARY

Ed Wray has accumulated 33 years of commercial brokerage experience, virtually all of it within the Albuquerque area.
He possesses a thorough understanding of pertinent city and county regulations, a working relationship with municipal officials, and a solid rapport with other brokers in the vicinity.

Ed’s extensive sales and leasing experience includes the brokering of several shopping centers such as Bear Canyon and Homestead Hills. Two recent shopping center sales exceeded $3.5 million each. Exemplifying the confidence he has earned from his clients, Ed has brokered every local Blake’s Lotaburger location purchase during the past 10 years.

In addition, Ed is experienced with Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code tax-deferred exchanges. Understanding the complex requirements of this regulation, Ed guides eligible clients accordingly, and helps them realize significant tax deferment and investment potential.

Given his longstanding expertise with the local market, Ed attracts many repeat clients. He shares his knowledge with his colleagues, as well, to their benefit and that of their clients.
