Lauren came to Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico after more than ten years experience managing multi-family properties in three states. Lauren is a committed, highly-motivated, solution-focus portfolio manager with a successful background in stabilizing real estate investments and tenant program compliance.

Lauren works closely with private owners and asset management companies to decrease liability by stabilizing budgets and day-to-day operations, improving tenant relations, and planning and overseeing construction management.

Lauren’s portfolio includes Tiburon Professional Park, Ace Courtyard, Mills Plaza, Stratford Office, Mondel Plaza and Montgomery/Juan Tabo.
