Tim With brings an impressive range of skills to his position as Senior Vice President to the Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico brokerage team.  As a principal of the company, Mr. With is one of Albuquerque’s most prominent real estate professionals offering his clients exceptional energy, efficiency and personal attention.

Tim has an extensive educational background from the accredited Anderson Schools of Management, where he attained both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business Administration. His main courses of study were Marketing and Finance.  Tim is a native of Albuquerque. He works with a broad range of transactions including investments, office, and office/warehouse properties.  Tim has acquired the coveted CCIM designation, a title held by only 6% of the nation’s commercial Real Estate practitioners. He was the 2006 President of the 500+ member New Mexico CCIM Chapter.

Tim was instrumental with the leasing and recent sale of the 300,000 square foot, NAIOP President’s Award winning mixed-use redevelopment, !25 Business Park. Tim has helped attract to the development such tenants as, BoeingSVS (95,000 sq.ft.) ClientLogic (48,000 sq.ft.), and Uniprise (72,000 sq.ft.).  Tim has also procured transactions with national clients such as; State Farm Insurance, Verizon Wireless, Intel Corporation, P.F. Chang’s, Copeland’s Restaurant, Drury Inn, and Marriott. Recent investment transactions include the acquisition of the 78,000 sq. ft. Marshall Building, the leasing and disposition of the 17-building, 320,000 sq. ft. of Broadbent Business Park and the leasing and disposition of the 72,000 sq. ft. Albuquerque Trade Center.
