CAREER SUMMARY

In 2002, Brent Tiano, a native of New Mexico, launched his real estate career in Florida, focusing on minimizing tax liabilities while generating passive income for his clients through charitable remainder trusts. Today, Brent creates exceptional results for his commercial real estate clients through quality commercial real estate transactions.

Brent specializes in leasing and selling office and investment properties. Representing tenants, buyers and sellers, he finds the opportunity that best suits their needs, discusses alternatives to locate the most appropriate financial strategy, and then guides them through the transaction.

Brent’s goal is to negotiate win/win deals on the right properties to maximize his clients’ purchasing power. He specializes in office and investment properties, with Mesa Mental Health, CRC Health, and the Endorphin Power Company among his satisfied clients.

Recognizing that many small businesses of today will become the big businesses of tomorrow, Brent is dedicated to his clients’ success and the realization that every transaction is important. He utilizes his knowledge of the local market along with his relationships to establish and implement real estate solutions for his clients.
