Will Steadman joined Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico in 2010 as Chief Executive Officer. He has 20 years of extensive industry experience in areas such as property management, leasing, financing, entitlement, governmental affairs and public relations, acquisitions, due diligence, and market evaluation.

Mr. Steadman became part of the executive team of Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico after spending five years at SunCal Companies, New Mexico Division where he began as land acquisition manager and then transitioned into operations. Previously, he was an attorney at the Rodey Law Firm where he represented developers, corporations, educational institutions, individuals and Fortune 500 companies. He is a valued asset to Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico and the clients we represent.
