| CAREER SUMMARY As the Chief Executive Officer, Will Steadman is responsible for the management and operations of Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico, the largest independently owned and operated real estate services company in New Mexico. Will joined the organization in April, 2010 and works closely with the brokerage and property management divisions. In addition, he is leading efforts to develop additional operating platforms in a variety of real estate industry sectors with the goal of providing Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico clients exceptional customer service covering all of their commercial real estate needs. Will works with management and staff to increase operational efficiencies by designing and implementing specialized operational systems and processes. He also works closely with Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico’s board to determine the strategic plan and direction of the company. Prior to joining the executive team of Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico, he worked at SunCal Companies, New Mexico Division for five years where he began as land acquisition manager and then transitioned into operations. Previously, he was a real estate attorney at the Rodey Law Firm where he represented developers, corporations, educational institutions, individuals and Fortune 500 companies. EDUCATION & AWARDS
