Over the past 30 years, Chuck Sheldon has brokered an impressive portfolio of commercial real estate transactions. He specializes in the acquisition, upgrade, maintenance, and disposition of apartment buildings and investment properties.

Chuck owns 80 units himself, which demonstrates his personal commitment to this investment strategy. Because he also owns a property management company with over 30 employees and a portfolio of over 700 units, Chuck has acquired unique insight into building improvements that will increase property values and investment returns.

Chuck has developed an extensive network of key relationships that benefit his clients. By collaborating with liaisons in the banking industry, for example, Chuck can develop financial strategies to help secure loans, minimize risk and maximize income. Offering yet another advantage, Chuck is an expert underwriter. In addition, he is experienced with Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code tax-deferred exchanges.

During the past three years alone, Chuck has brokered transactions totaling more than $75 million and represented more than 1000 units. He relates personally to his clients’ investment goals, and works skillfully and aggressively to help achieve them.
