real estate.

Lisa’s professional history features a variety of challenging business environments. As a financial analyst and research associate for lending institutions, she developed superb analytical skills in the investment arena. Her exposure to restaurant, retail and other business enterprises included promotion and development. She also established and operated a successful publishing company, before negotiating its lucrative sale. Her other ventures included public relations and marketing consultation, two particularly valuable skill sets for real estate transactions.

Among Lisa’s recent transactions, she represented a subsidiary of Michelin with site selection for its Albuquerque tire distribution center, and she represented the owners of Albuquerque Tortilla Company in the successful sale of their manufacturing facility.  In the past year, Lisa successfully negotiated the purchases of over 250,000 square feet of investment properties for several investor groups. In addition, she recently sold infill residential land at unprecedented values.

Lisa is especially equipped to analyze the complex property needs of her clients and develop superior solutions. With her exceptional qualifications and determination, Lisa is well prepared to assist clients in achieving their goals.
