| CAREER SUMMARY
Bill Robertson has more than two decades of experience in real estate brokerage, including listings, sales, leasing, development and management. He has an extensive background in acquisitions that involve joint ventures and real estate syndications of mixed-use land and industrial properties.
Among Bill’s transactions are the 180,000-square-foot Fulcrum Center in Rio Rancho, the Pan American Industrial Park, the 104,000-square-foot former Home Base Building leased to Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and the 165,000-square-foot Aerospace Technology building.
Bill has also brokered hundreds of acres of mixed-use land listings ranging from residential subdivisions to retail,
office and industrial park uses. He negotiated a joint venture between the owner of a 42-acre tract of land and a regional warehouse/distribution developer, and the tract will eventually contain up to 600,000 square feet of first-class
distribution space.
Such complex transactions are well suited to Bill’s expertise, tenacity, patience and attention to detail. In fact, Bill has a tremendous inventory of industrial-zoned land listed in Albuquerque, which underscores his expertise in industrial land brokerage.
