John Ransom is one of Albuquerque’s most distinguished commercial real estate professionals and offers extraordinary business skills, energy, and talent. John specializes in office, office/warehouse and investment real estate. He currently represents the new 70,000 sf Venture Commerce Center and Broadbent, a 17 building, 327,000 sf office/industrial park. Recent notable transactions include the leasing at Albuquerque Plaza, leasing and selling The !25, a 50 acre mixed use project at Interstate 25 and Jefferson and the sale of 10 pad sites (to P.F. Chang’s, Mimi’s Café, Drury Inn, Marriott Residence Inn, and others). He assisted in Sparton Electronic’s purchase of the former Honeywell Control facility and then completed a reverse exchange for Sparton by selling their Rio Rancho facility. John represented CarMax Auto in their site selection and negotiations for a build-to-suit at the10 acre Interstate 25/Alameda location. He has sold more than 200 acres in the I-25 Corridor, a portion of which includes the development of the International Balloon Fiesta Park.
John is a native of Albuquerque and offers his clients and customers excellent market knowledge, reliable service and the ability to bring their real estate needs to its highest potential.
