| CAREER SUMMARY Peter Pineda has more than two decades of experience in nearly every facet of the real estate business, including the development of retail and office properties and the listing, sale, leasing, management of all real estate types. His strengths are to be found in the areas of planning, raising capital for and executing plans for the formulation of elements required for development and redevelopment projects. Peter started in the real estate business in Santa Fe, New Mexico where he developed several 100 acre-plus parcels into upscale residential subdivisions and became involved in real estate brokerage as a result of his development activities. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Peter was a highly successful sales representative with IBM and has successfully owned and operated several retail and service businesses. Peter has brokered countless millions of dollars worth of properties in categories ranging from residential subdivisions to vacant land to retail, office and industrial. In one instance he listed and sold a tract of land to a user for a portion of the property, then became involved with all of the subsequent owners and users of the remaining properties as a broker, consultant, developer and principal. It is in situations such as this; requiring a combination of business acumen, real estate knowledge and development know-how that Peter’s exceptional set of skills and experience has been best demonstrated.
