Jane Pilger brings an extensive knowledge base to her position with Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico. Years of exposure to the real estate industry, a unique flair for numbers, and prior auditing experience ensure that Jane’s clients receive the information they are looking for to make well-informed decisions.

Jane grew up in Albuquerque, surrounded by real estate professionals. Years of assistance with property management, accounting, tenant relations, site management and project management for new developments have assured that she has the well-rounded experience rarely found in the business.

Jane graduated with an accounting degree from New Mexico State University, worked for KPMG, LP, as a Senior Auditor and obtained her CPA designation. She was drawn back to the real estate industry, where she continues to use her analytical skills to assist others in making real estate decisions.

Jane specializes in office leasing, site selection, building renovation and retail development. She currently represents several multi-tenant properties including Rio Grande Plaza, a 57,000 sf Office/Retail Park, 2400 Louisiana, a 68,000 sf office building and the Marshall Building, a 78,000 sf office building. Jane has also been instrumental in numerous retail developments, including The Shops @ 25, Mimi’s Cafe, Boston's Gourmet Pizza, Ashley Furniture and Office Depot.
