CAREER SUMMARY

Ben Perich brings an impressive set of skills to his position with Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico.  As a current participant in the Grubb & Ellis Broker Training Program, Ben is working closely with numerous brokers to gain valuable market knowledge and insight.  Ben began his career with Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico in May 2006 in the Research department where he learned to utilize Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico’s superior resources providing his clients with customized in-depth market information and a competitive edge.

A native of Albuquerque, Ben learned the business from his father, managing partner at a regional architecture firm.  As
a graduate of Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business with a Bachelor in Finance and a minor in Real Estate,
Ben has an excellent platform on which to build a successful career in commercial real estate.  Ben has superior prior experience, working as a field researcher for Commercial Property Services in Lubbock, TX as well as with Wells Fargo Bank.

Ben’s educational background combined with his hands-on experience in the local Albuquerque market and exceptional enthusiasm gives him a unique edge in assisting his clients to achieve their goals.
