CAREER SUMMARY

A native of Albuquerque, D’Nette brings both real estate experience and knowledge of the local market to the benefit of her customers. Growing up in her father’s highway construction business, D’Nette learned essential business and contract skills from her father. The family business branched to include development and mortgage companies.  These businesses offered a strong education of mortgage packaging, financial analysis and investment.
 
She was appointed to the New Mexico State Investment Council which oversees the state’s permanent funds of over eleven billion dollars by Governor Gary Johnson in 2001 and re-appointed by Governor Bill Richardson in 2003. A leader in the community, D’Nette shares her knowledge and expertise with community groups and boards including the Rio Rancho Economic Development Corporation, the Museum of Natural History Foundation Circle of Friends, the American Business Women’s Association, and The Junior League.

D’Nette specializes in industrial and vacant land in Albuquerque and surrounding metropolitan communities. She has represented numerous clients with site acquisition including alternative energies and manufacturing divisions.  She possesses a strong knowledge of the market and growth sectors providing superior skills for site selection and development.
