CAREER SUMMARY

As President of Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico, Marti Partridge is responsible for the overall direction of the company and establishes and implements operating procedures and short- and long-term company goals.  She offers years of experience in management, real estate, financial analysis, human resources and corporate and property management accounting.

Marti graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  She began her business career as a cost accountant with a large electronics manufacturer in Denver. In 1985, Marti moved to Albuquerque and joined a leading real estate developer as Controller where she gained invaluable experience in real estate partnerships, development, accounting and property management. Marti began working with John Lewinger and John Hamilton in 1992, and has been an integral part of the growth of New Mexico Real Estate Advisors, Inc. to the largest commercial real estate firm in New Mexico.

Marti has been active in community issues, with a special interest in the Animal Humane Association of New Mexico and the City of Albuquerque’s Open Space program. As the chair of the Company’s Community Involvement Committee, she oversees and supports company sponsored volunteer activities. Marti was a participant in the Leadership Albuquerque Class of 2001, a program sponsored by the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, and was nominated as a YWCA Woman on the Move.
