CAREER SUMMARY

As President of Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico, Marti Partridge is responsible for the overall operations of the Company and
establishes and implements operating procedures and short- and long-term Company goals. She offers years of experience inmanagement, real estate, financial analysis, human resources and corporate and property management accounting.

Marti graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She began
her business career as a cost accountant with large electronic manufacturers in Denver and Salt Lake City. In 1985, Marti
moved to Albuquerque and joined a leading real estate developer as Controller where she gained invaluable experience in realestate partnerships, development and property management. Marti began working with John Lewinger and John Hamiltonof Lewinger Hamilton in 1992, and has been an integral part of the growth of New Mexico Real Estate Advisors, Inc. to thelargest full service commercial real estate firm in New Mexico.

Marti currently serves on the Grubb & Ellis Affiliate Leadership Council, a group of Affiliate Principals that deals with issues for the Grubb & Ellis Affiliate offices across the country. In 2007, Marti joined with a group of local professional real estate womenas a founding Board Member of the CREW New Mexico chapter.

Marti has been active in community issues, with a special interest in Animal Humane | New Mexico where she was President of the Board of Directors, and currently serves as a Board Member. As the Chair of the Company’s Community Involvement Committee, she oversees and supports Company sponsored volunteer activities. Marti was selected as a 2010 Woman of Influence by the New Mexico Business Weekly and was a 2005 YWCA Woman on the Move honoree. She was a participant in the Leadership Albuquerque Class of 2001, a program sponsored by the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce.
