With a strong background in sales and business development, Joe O’Connell is able to offer his clients unique experience and skill.  With his understanding of commercial real estate and strong knowledge of the Albuquerque marketplace, Joe provides his clients with quality service and dedication to meeting their goals.

Joe has an extensive educational background.  He is a graduate of West Point Military Academy, holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of New Mexico, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University. 

Before joining Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico, Joe gained invaluable business experience during his time as a small business owner.  Until 2005, Joe’s company, Scientific Dimensions, manufactured and provided mobile products and services to several national companies. 

Joe specializes in industrial properties in Albuquerque and surrounding communities.  He offers clients a strong knowledge of the market, along with superior skills for site selection and development.
