CAREER SUMMARY

Seth Nodelman’s core area of expertise is tenant, landlord and investor retail advisory services. These services include: dispositions, acquisitions, leasing, project analysis, asset repositioning, site selection, project management and market feasibility. Seth’s clients include: national retail chains; luxury brand retailers as well as private landlords and financial institutions. Additionally, Seth has represented both domestic and foreign institutional investors. Growing up in a real estate family, Seth’s entire career has involved commercial real estate. He first worked for a diversified real estate developer, Bedford Properties, for eight years. For the past 14 years, Seth was the Senior Director of Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield in the San Francisco Financial District. During his career, Seth’s assignments have generated in excess of $250 million of value for his clients.
Representative assignments include:

  • Burberry tenant representation, negotiated a lease renewal and property acquisition of an 18,000 SF building.
  • Owner’s representative in multimillion dollar lease buyout with The Limited and a 44,000 SF lease to Crate & Barrel.
  • DFS exclusive representation, subleased 4,400 SF to Louis Vuitton and 18,000 SF to Macy’s.
  • Landlord representation, Gucci lease renewal and expansion to a 14,000 SF flagship.
  • Union Bank of California, provided market feasibility and leasing services to reposition a 12,000 SF surplus banking hall at the ground floor of an office tower.
  • Listing agent on a downtown urban project, leased 14,000 SF to Walgreen’s, 3,000 SF to GNC and 2,400 SF to FedEx/Kinko’s
  • Represented Saks Fifth Avenue in the sale of a 38,400 SF single occupant retail building
  • On behalf of a private Japanese owner sold One Union Square, a 44,000 SF mixed use retail/office building, to the German institutional investor, Deka.

Seth and his family recently relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area to the Albuquerque North Valley. He has joined the top producing retail brokerage team in New Mexico and looks forward to making a positive contribution to the business community by continuing to provide his clients with the highest level of professional service.
