CAREER SUMMARY

Karl Ness brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance to his position at Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico.  Karl joined the Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico Property Management Division after several years as Property Accountant for two well known malls.  In that capacity, Karl prepared a budget each year, and handled end of year adjustments as well as handling the monthly closing of the general ledger, and preparing monthly statements and reconciliations for corporate review. 

With his professional history, Karl offers a strong background in the preparation of yearly and quarterly budgets, and a working knowledge of tenants leases.   He has extensive experience working with the preparation of invoices, and coordinating the collection of past due accounts from tenants.

Currently, Karl is in charge of the accounting duties for the 1.7 million square feet handled by the Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico Property Management division.
