CAREER SUMMARY

Leon Mellow is an active member of the Santa Fe real estate community and is the managing director of the Grubb & Ellis office. He has developed an impressive knowledge of Santa Fe commercial real estate through thirteen years of experience in all aspects of that market. Specializing in the investment property market, and office and retail leasing, Leon offers his clients reliable service and a thorough understanding of complex transactions in the Santa Fe market.

Prior to moving to Santa Fe in 1988, Leon spent over twenty years in the lumber business in Dallas, Texas. In 1989 he founded Territorial Properties, Inc., a full service real estate company in Santa Fe. Leon opened the Santa Fe office of Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico in 1999.

Leon is regarded as a highly professional, knowledgeable, and ethical real estate broker. He represents clients in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque, and clients from throughout the country.
