CAREER SUMMARY

A third generation native of Albuquerque, Jeff Martinez is very familiar with the city and the surrounding MSA. Jeff grew up racing motocross throughout New Mexico and several other states around the country. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the accredited Anderson School of Management where he studied finance and marketing.

Jeff works with a broad range of transactions that include: landlord and tenant representation services, negotiation of all aspects of lease transactions, and with investors looking to acquire and dispose of land. He has procured numerous leases and building sales, along with new construction and major renovations, upgrades and expansions. Jeff has also secured transactions with clients such as: City Financial, Verizon Wireless, SOS Staffing, Quick Gym, Wasau Financial Services, Depuy, PAKMAIL, Zip Lube, Just Brakes, the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society, Resources, Inc., Albuquerque Magazine, and Cabrera Services.

Among his current projects are the new retail/condo units located on Central in Nob Hill, and the new 80,000+ SF retail project located on Albuquerque’s West Mesa at 98th and Central.
