Darlene Lovison is a high-energy broker who brings a great mix of ambition, enthusiasm and knowledge to each client. Her position as the retail manager for the Grubb & Ellis Retail Team has offered her the opportunity to see the commercial real estate business from multiple points of view. With this knowledge Darlene is equipped to identify both opportunities and obstacles within the market and provide ideas to either maximize or overcome, whichever is appropriate.

Darlene has an extensive background in commercial real estate and specializes in retail brokerage. Before joining Grubb & Ellis, Darlene worked with economic development in California where she was responsible for recruiting back office and call center users to the local area. She also worked with CB Richard Ellis with the Top Investment Team for several years. Darlene has the experience to identify the best fit for both potential tenants and landlords. She is able to offer clients sound advice that is rooted in her real-world and marketplace experience.
