CAREER SUMMARY

Jose Lopez is a high energy broker who brings a great mix of ambition, enthusiasm and knowledge to each client.  Jose earned his associate broker license in 2006 while working as a project manager for a local
New Mexico commercial real estate developer.  His position as a project manager offered him the opportunity to see the commercial real estate business from multiple points of view.  With this knowledge Jose is equipped to identify both opportunities and obstacles within the market and provide ideas to either maximize or overcome, whichever is appropriate.

With an extensive background in all aspects of retail, Jose specializes in retail brokerage. Before working in commercial real estate Jose worked with Verizon Wireless in many different capacities.  With positions in retail sales, outside sales, and retail management, Jose has the experience to identify the best fit for both potential tenants and landlords.  With his sales and management background, Jose is able to supply clients with advice on many aspects of retail, giving them the opportunity to tap into his real world and market place experience.
