| CAREER SUMMARY With a background in asset management and lease administration with BGK Equities, Elizabeth brings the valuable insight of an owner’s perspective to the Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico property management division. As the Director of Property Management, she currently provides the oversight to16 staff members comprised of property managers, accounting personnel and maintenance technicians. Elizabeth’s professional history includes sales and marketing experience with a variety of business types including the legal profession and the hotel industry. Elizabeth’s expertise in overseeing capital improvements and tenant improvements assures that projects are completed in a cost effective and timely manner, having personally handled the oversight of over 50 projects for Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico clients since 2004. Elizabeth collaborates with leasing agents to attract and retain choice tenants and carefully considers each owner’s specific needs when assigning the property management team for each project.
