Abe Lillard brings to Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico more than 30 years experience working in the entertainment industry. Most recently, Abe was the General Manager of the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra. Over the years he has gained invaluable business development, artistic management and relationship building skills, while overseeing a multi-million dollar budget. A small business owner, along with his extensive background working with non-profit organizations, Abe brings a direct understanding of the value of determination and resourcefulness to his clients.
With Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico, Abe’s primary concentration is in the sale and leasing of office and investment properties, recently representing such clients as State Farm Insurance and AAMCO Transmission Centers. Abe’s business background and widespread network allows him to advise clients on their real estate and investment needs, with special attention to maintaining successful client relationships.
