Among the hundreds of businesses John has brokered are the Albuquerque Cabinets, New Mexico Coffee Company, Electronics Parts Company, Rain Tunnel Car Washes, Accessories Unlimited, Rio Grande Landscape and Pranzo
Italian Grill.

John maintains a large inventory of diverse, profitable business opportunities in New Mexico. He is actively involved in each facet of every transaction, including the evaluation and pricing process, marketing activities, and qualification of potential buyers. For a smooth transition of ownership, he oversees the contract negotiations, due diligence, preparation of all documents, and closing procedures.
