CAREER SUMMARY

Rosser Knee has established himself with more than 30 years in real estate.  Until 1980, Rosser was Sales Manager for New Mexico’s largest residential real estate company.  Since that time, he has worked in the field of commercial real estate and has, among his accomplishments, the creation of two land syndication partnerships, the most notable of which is the “Airport Technical Center,” a 66 acre industrial park adjacent to the University of New Mexico Golf Course, and near Albuquerque International Airport.

Rosser demonstrates particular expertise in retail commercial sales and leasing and enjoys excellent rapport with his clients and tenants. Over the years, he has developed outstanding working relationships with the City and County zoning offices in four New Mexico counties, a valuable asset in negotiations.  He is committed to the exciting potential of investment and growth in the active Albuquerque area.
