| CAREER SUMMARY
Mike Klinkmann began his career in commercial real estate after completing 20 years of service as an aviator with the United States Air Force. As a result of his long, distinguished career in the military, some of his strengths are precise planning, thorough research and the utmost attention to detail combined with impeccable customer service. He currently participates in industrial property and land sales.
Mike’s professional history is full of a variety of challenging experiences to include numerous combat and humanitarian relief assignments. He was the international program manager for Canadian Forces integration into US Air Force operational missions. Mike has been a primary decision maker during many national military operations such as Desert Storm, the invasion of Panama and the conflict in Kosovo.
Mike is quickly putting to work his vast knowledge of aviation technologies and transportation/logistical issues and applying them to Albuquerque’s growing high tech market. Most recently he has become an integral lease team member in the development of the new 92 acre Kirtland Technology Park, a 1.3 million sq ft Office and Industrial/Flex project. He also currently represents two major land developments in Taos Ski Valley.
Mike brings his can-do attitude, combined with his excellent market knowledge and , to Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico.
