Well versed in all aspects of commercial real estate, Tom Jones specializes in retail brokerage. He focuses on landlord and tenant representation services, working closely with landlords and tenants in negotiation on all aspects of the lease transaction, and with investors looking to acquire and/or dispose of real estate assets. Tom has experience in the pre-leasing, leasing and sales of neighborhood centers, power centers, strip centers and specialty centers.
Tom applies his skills to every detail of the transaction, offering expertise in marketing consultation, market evaluation, comparative analysis and deal negotiation. For the property owner, he is relentless in identifying qualified tenants. Tom has processed leases with such major clients as CVS, Chick-fil-A, Supervalu, Dollar Tree, Trader Joe ’s, Aaron Rents, Saxbys Coffee, Hastings, Ace Hardware, Michaels, Tuesday Morning, Pharmaca, Radio Shack, Red Brick Pizza and Panda Express.
Through his extensive network of business resources, Tom identifies new prospects and strengthens relationships with existing clients.
