Trudy Jones is one of the Albuquerque real estate community’s most active and productive members.
She has worked as a licensed broker in commercial real estate in Albuquerque since her move from Arizona in 1980.  In 1988, Jones founded Income Property Services, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company, where she served as its President.  She has been with Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico since 1998.

Trudy offers her clients and customers twenty-eight years of experience backed by solid knowledge of the region’s office and investment property market.  As a member of the Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico broker team, Trudy has available resources of the largest, full-service commercial real estate company in New Mexico.  She looks forward to working with you on all of your commercial real estate needs.
