CAREER SUMMARY

Alex Hudson began his career in the real estate business on his return from completing his tour of duty with the United States Marine Corps in 1968, specializing in land syndication. Today he specializes in the sales, leasing and development of land and industrial properties. Alex has been intimately involved in the planning of Journal Center II and the subsequent development of over 1,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space. He has also been closely involved in the sale and development of both retail and office properties in the Paseo Del Norte corridor.

Alex’s greatest successes in the commercial real estate business have been related to the identification of appropriate sites for retail and industrial users. His ability to identify such real estate opportunities for his clients has continually made him one of the top performers at Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico over the years.
