As a graduate of Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, Marguerite’s educational background in Finance and Marketing serve as an impressive foundation for her position at Grubb & Ellis. Marguerite comes to Grubb & Ellis following a successful tenure as project manager for a design firm in Atlanta, Georgia where she worked closely with numerous national and local homebuilders. As project manager, Marguerite honed her marketing skills by creating and presenting dynamic presentations to prospective clients. She developed the ability to successfully collaborate with her clients to achieve maximum results by providing exceptional service and ensuring that no detail was overlooked.
Marguerite has participated in a wide variety of office sales and leasing projects. Her most recent transactions include work with the following companies: Ardham Technologies, ClosedWon, Indigo Mortgage, Slingshot Consulting Group, Presbyterian Medical Services, Primary Care and Preventive Services, Sage Neuroscience Center, and Mudhouse Advertising, to name a few.
