CAREER SUMMARY

As Executive Vice President of Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico, Mary Jo is a New Mexico Real Estate Broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with extensive real estate experience in the arena of fee management services for commercial, residential and community associations. As an experienced property manager for both private and institutional investors, her responsibilities include the management of noteworthy income producing properties in New Mexico for numerous owners. Furthermore, Ms. Griffin contributes to the strategic direction of the Property Management Division.

Ms. Griffin earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 1985 from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Under her direction, Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico achieved the Accredited Management Organization (AMO)® designation. Ms. Griffin has been active in the real estate field for over twenty-five years, earning her New Mexico Real Estate Broker license in 1988. She previously served as the Vice President with a national real estate firm. Ms. Griffin has personally managed portfolios of properties including office buildings, retail properties, and community associations.

Ms. Griffin is active in a number of civic and charitable organizations. She served as a Board Member for All Faiths Receiving Home for six years and remains actively involved. She has been active in the Uptown Progress Team for a number of years previously serving as a Board Member.
