| CAREER SUMMARY
A recent graduate from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson Schools of Management, Tom Franchini has already acquired considerable experience in commercial real estate.
Tom learned about the business from his father, a property developer. He discovered his own aptitude for commercial real estate and therefore chose to concentrate on marketing and entrepreneurial studies at UNM to better prepare him for his career. The project provided Tom hands-on exposure to the extensive research and other resources available in every sector of commercial real estate in New Mexico.
Tom participates in industrial property sales and vacant land development. Currently, he is assisting with transactions involving one of the largest residential community developments in the Southwest.
Tom has entered his profession with two substantial advantages: An academic foundation and real-life exposure to every aspect of the business. His exceptional enthusiasm adds to these strengths.
