CAREER SUMMARY

Jack began his career in commercial real estate in January, 1971 as a principal in Hooten-Stahl Investment Division following three years as a Stockbroker. He was responsible for setting up registered offerings in Real Estate Syndications, which included finding potential properties and structuring acquisitions. Later, as a partner in Realty Investment Company and President of Realty Securities, Inc., he syndicated and managed investment properties for investor groups. These properties included several hundred apartment units, office buildings, medical office complexes and mobile home parks. Over the past 20 years he has built several apartment complexes, an office building, a mobile home park, a residential subdivision, and a “build-to-suit” for IKON Office Solutions in the Renaissance Park.

Today Jack specializes in industrial properties and vacant land. He has also acquired and developed over 60,000 square feet of his own industrial space in the Albuquerque Market.
