Julie came to Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico with fourteen years experience managing multi-family properties. Most recently she was the Senior Manager at Real Property Systems, where she managed residential complexes with a total of 664 apartments. With her extensive experience, Julie has proven herself to be a highly-motivated and effective portfolio manager with successful experience in customer service and tenant relations. 

Julie offers clients a solid background in coordinating resident retention programs and development of corporate outreach programs. Julie has consistently offered superior operational and financial performance in areas of personnel management, leasing, resident services, asset preservation, rent growth and expense control. 

Julie’s portfolio includes HDIC Downtown Theatre Block, 100 Gold Lofts, 516 Arts and Crossroads.
