CAREER SUMMARY

With over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jeanette specializes in the sale and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. She is also involved in identifying land in the path of development to create additional investment opportunities for appropriate clients and investors. Her greatest successes today are due to her unusual abilities in influencing and directing investors.

Jeanette began her career in 1978 in the title insurance business, where she worked for 17 years, gaining knowledge of every aspect of the real estate industry and how to overcome title and legal issues on troubled property. She also served as an Escrow Officer and Branch Manager where she reviewed purchase agreements, legal documents, loan documents and calculated closing figures for thousands of properties, giving her extensive knowledge of the details of every type of real estate transaction. At the start of her career in commercial real estate she gained extensive knowledge and guidance on the sale & leasing side of the business under the mentorship of two of the top commercial brokers in Albuquerque.

Jeanette earned a Degree in Finance from the University of New Mexico where she graduated at the top of her class while working full time, demonstrating her dedication to excellence and perseverance. Jeanette is meticulous and insures that her clients’ transactions will be handled with great care and attention.
