| CAREER SUMMARY Ramona came to Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico with over 12 years experience in managing multi-family and residential properties. She most recently managed a multi-million dollar senior residential complex for one of the nation’s largest nonprofit providers of quality affordable housing, Volunteers of America. While in this capacity, Ramona created opportunities for the residents to participate in different social outreach programs. These programs included a nursing program, a share food program, library and computer access, along with several other social programs. Ramona conveys a diverse background in rehab construction management, an understanding of tenant relations, as well as retention and outreach programs. She strives to provide superior customer service. Ramona currently manages an executive office building in the Uptown area of Albuquerque. Her fundamental responsibilities involve management of the daily operations, lease administration, budget and financial reporting, tenant retention/relation matters, and maintenance concerns.
