CAREER SUMMARY

Jeanne came to Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico with nearly 20 years experience in property management and real estate investment. Jeanne’s responsibilities as a portfolio manager include operations, oversight of on-site building engineers, financial reporting, administration of capital improvement projects and budget preparation. She currently oversees retail and
office properties. Jeanne has been involved in property management since the early 1980’s, and has worked with properties
in 13 different states and Washington, D. C.

Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico, she was a District Manager for Colorado and New Mexico with Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. She maintains a CAPS designation, and enjoys teaching budget and finance classes.
