CAREER SUMMARY

Twenty two years ago, Kevin Bobb earned his Colorado real estate Broker’s license as president and owner of Breckenridge Resort Condominiums. With this background, he gained knowledge in all facets of commercial real estate.

Kevin specializes primarily in the leasing and sales of medical office buildings and light industrial facilities. Working with local medical providers, he understands their specific requirements, finds the most suitable properties along with a great local team of contractors and service providers, and provides expert, often creative, counsel. In 2005, for example, Kevin placed Unirac Solar Racking in their ideal and uniquely functional 60,000 square foot space.

Kevin is adept at serving small-to-medium tenants, especially health care entities and non-profit organizations. His clients include Wesst Corp, Habitat for Humanity, and Share-Your-Care. Kevin is currently listing 28 buildings, among which are several medical and dental facilities.

Kevin finds the most desirable properties for his clients’ unique needs and growth potential. His greatest satisfaction comes from knowing that a business is thriving as a direct result of his services.
