CAREER SUMMARY

Alfredo is a highly motivated project manager and real estate professional who specializes in urban development and revitalization. With a diverse background, he is able to advise clients on their real estate needs with a fresh perspective, paying particular attention to developing and maintaining successful client relationships.

Alfredo’s background includes experience as the principal and project manager of the Cielo Land Development Company as well as experience in the semiconductor industry where he developed a range of skills, including project management, technical, and leadership skills. Some of his skills include: business, marketing and organizational development, communications, technical problem solving, acquisitions, exceptional negotiation skills, financial modeling and budgets, exceptional computer skills, and real estate entitlement and development.

His responsibilities have inculded obtaining re-zoning and construction permits that have required complex negotiations between multiple city agencies, architects, engineers, and the property owners; he has successfully brought simultaneous projects from conception through full entitlement, managed teams of planners, architects, engineers, and construction managers; he has directly overseen staff, budgets, and all consultants and contractor activities. Alfredo has also participated in the acquisition, development and zoning of infill real estate projects that required zone changes and intricate negotiations with land owners, the city and neighborhood organizations.

Alfredo seeks and maintains a positive and healthy outlook on life that contributes to his overall success and well-being. He has been a guest lecturer in Real Estate Investment at Central New Mexico Community College and a member of multiple neighborhood  boards and organizations. Alfredo graduated with distinction from the University of New Mexico’s Electrical Engineering Masters program.
