Keith Bandoni, an Albuquerque native and UNM Anderson School of Management graduate, began his commercial real estate career in 1999.
Keith has specialized in and become the local expert in the office and medical office markets. He excels in advising both business and property owners regarding acquisition, disposition, and leasing opportunities. Customer focused, he handles each transaction with attention and creates opportunities that bring value.
As a CCIM designee, acknowledged as the highest professional recognition for commercial real estate practitioners, he has developed an expertise in owning versus leasing and investment analysis skills.
