CAREER SUMMARY

As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Julie’s responsibilities include daily property operations, administration, accounting, financial reporting and development of the management portfolio. Her current portfolio includes retail, industrial and office properties owned by private and institutional investors.

With over 15 years of property management experience, Julie has been involved in all aspects of property management
including receiverships, construction management, due diligence and tax protests. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico, Julie was a Senior Manager with Archstone-Smith.

Julie is currently a CPM candidate and is active in the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and
CREW New Mexico.
