CAREER SUMMARY

Julie came to Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico after ten years as Senior Manager of a multi-million dollar residential complex.  In that capacity, Julie supervised a staff of 16 people and managed the operations of 572 apartments.  With awards for her tenant retention programs, Julie has proven herself to be a self-motivated manager with extensive experience in marketing and customer service. 

Julie has a solid background in the coordination of due diligence work including overseeing inspections, abstracting leases, setting up rent rolls and generating billings for numerous office buildings in the Albuquerque area. 

Julie’s portfolio includes Airport Office Building, Towneast Shopping Center, West Mesa Medical Pavilion, Albuquerque Trade Center, 707 Broadway Office Building, Newport VI Office Building and Broadbent Business Park.
