Anne brings to Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico an extensive background in sales, management, operations and project management in the telecommunications industry. Her primary concentration is in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties. As an integral part of the office team, Anne’s knowledge of business in Albuquerque allows her to advise clients on their office real estate needs, with special attention to maintaining successful client relationships.

Anne was a branch manager for Pacific Telesis Group in California and the Director of Telecommunications at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She has worked with clients of all sizes, including the State of California and Bank of America, but has also owned and operated her own small business. Anne understands the business needs of her clients, regardless of their size.
