COMMERICAL BROKER SALES PROFESSIONAL: Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico provides exceptional opportunities for high energy, self-motivated, ambitious individuals desiring successful careers in commercial real estate.

Ideal candidates should have experience in commission-based sales, possess the ability to work in a team environment, have a business development mindset, ability to build strong business relationships, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, willingness to become involved in area community service projects and real estate trade organizations. New Mexico real estate license required.

Preferred candidates will have:

  1. Education:  4 year college degree.
  2. Experience:  2 years sales experience in commercial real estate, retail, pharmaceutical or related industries.
  3. Background:  Participation in team oriented environment including military service, athletics, and community based organizations.

REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT: Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico is seeking an experienced, professional executive assistant to coordinate marketing, leasing, sales and scheduling activities for a group of top commercial brokers. Will produce tour packages, proposals, presentations, manage and update listings and client information, prepare necessary correspondence and commission disbursement paperwork. Supports the brokers in the implementation of business marketing strategies for listings, anticipates broker needs, and manages databases.

Must be able to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple tasks in a very fast paced environment with high accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines. Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented, along with top notch written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced MS Outlook email, calendaring and task skills, and advanced MS Word and Excel skills. Current NM Real Estate license, some college, In-Design and Photoshop experience preferred. Competitive salary and benefits package offered in an upscale office environment in Uptown.
